Our Client:

I am currently working with an established family run business who have been retrofitting insulation and heating to domestic households for the last 10 years.  Due to fantastic growth in recent years they are now looking to maximise productivity and efficiency to further improve this position.

Working as a Telesales Consultant for an innovative online home improvements company, you will be instrumental in assisting in the day to day supplier operations of the business. You will be contacting customers who have previous been declined funding and offering alternative roots for installation.  Previous sales within Boilers / Solar panels would be an advantage.

Main Duties:

  • Contacting Customer Daily
  • Upselling products and alternative finance options
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Working to targets

Essential requirements:

  • Previous telesales/ sales experience is essential
  • Leadership skills 
  • Ability to Drive a sales team
  • Target driven
  • Excellent Communicator
