Xedo are further expanding and looking to employ a talented Technical Helpdesk Support Assistant to join the team.

We are looking ideally for a recent graduate in a technology related field, but ultimately someone with a real passion for technology. This role will offer someone a long term career in technology and within 2 years, you could progress to a number of different positions within the company including development, project management etc.  

  • We are looking for someone with experience in dealing with clients, partners and suppliers through a variety of methods.
  • Technical Skills including HTML, C#, IIS, JavaScript, SQL, GIT, Virtual Machines and Windows OS & Office, Windows Server
  • Good communicative skills.
  • Adaptable and capable of working on a variety of projects in multiple environments.
  • Self motivated

You will get involved in:

  • Data corrections
  • Error management
  • Responding to helpdesk calls via phone & email
  • Logging all work
  • Maintaining technical Wiki
  • Preparing reports using SQL / Excel / ODBC etc
  • Scripting (JavaScript, BASH. DOS etc)
