This position is within a growing company to join the product support team, supporting an enterprise product which is live with a number of customers and has a user base of tens of thousands.  Triage reported issues.  Debug and root cause the issue and develop solutions to best programming practise.  This role will also include technical architecture review and performance improvement development of the Airpoint product.
