Nine Twenty are pleased to be recruiting for a Service Delivery Manager to join their Global client on the outskirts of Glasgow. This role works closely with the organisations Application Support team who engage directly with clients to deliver world class customer support experience.

Responsibilities: 

  • on-boarding activities 
  • Manage customer communication
  • Build strong working relationships with the client stakeholders & teams
  • Perform the role of Incident Manager for any P1/P2 incidents, running customer bridges ect 
  • Customer status reports 
  • Managing SLA's 

Skills and experience required: 

  • Experience working in a client facing environment 
  • Technical background/good understanding 
  • Experience managing SLA's 
  • Understanding of customer experience 
  • Major incident/Problem management experience (Ideally) 
  • Comfortable presenting (Face to Face and Online)
