The Role:

There is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced SEO specialist to join an established digital marketing team. This is a brand-new role where you will be responsible for taking the rankings to the next level, as well as contributing to the overall digital marketing strategy.

The SEO specialist will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and will help to define and deliver the company’s organic strategy and contribute significantly to their industry-leading digital marketing success. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a growing, dynamic team with great prospects for the future.



  • Link building: Manage the link building program, define targets, and put in the legwork to continually improve the company’s backlink profile.
  • Content strategy: Plan and structure digital content strategy, designed to drive traffic to the website through the company’s blog, category, brand, and product pages.
  • Tech and site speed: Work with the development team to make sure the website meets the requirements of Google’s Core Web Vitals, review information architecture, and identify other tech opportunities.
  • Data-driven decision-making: Identify target keywords across the market, implement them as part of the strategy. Spot trends in search volume for new products ranges and brands that might be useful for other departments and businesses as a whole.
  • Reporting: Regularly review organic search performance, audit channel as a whole, and inform other channel owners to develop opportunities of synergy.
  • Ear to the ground: Actively stay in touch with the latest digital trends. Dedicate time each week to listen to podcasts, read blog articles and share internally to develop plans to implement new tactics.


  • 2-3 years of hands-on e-commerce experience, or SEO agency experience.
  • Experience in using Google Analytics, ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and other analytical/SEO tools.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithms.
  • Ability to use data to identify opportunities and action them.
  • Impeccable SEO copywriting skills.
  • Good knowledge of our product range is preferable.
  • Fine attention to detail.
