Nine Twenty are delighted to represent a growing Retail company based in Edinburgh. With a global client base, they are on a continued period of expansion and as such require an SEO Manager to join the team

The Role:

As SEO Manager you are responsible and accountable for coordinating and implementing the company's SEO strategies.

  • Define requirements, tasks, and resources associated to SEO strategy as part of cohesive overall marketing strategy.
  • Increase the number of visitors to the company's website and leads generated by achieving high-ranking placements in search results
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation
  • Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
  • Social media and mobile marketing: generate leads by developing a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers through relevant social media channels, produce and upload all relevant materials to key platforms
  • Implement and administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools)

Experience

  • SEO, PPC and social media expertise. Including a good knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Extensive experience of digital marketing, e.g. advertising, social media, email, website content creation and management, lead generation etc.…
  • Experience of using relevant software, e.g. Google Analytics, Click Equations, Search Ignite, Webtrends, Hootsuite, SEMrush etc…
  • Good office software skills (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe etc…)

  • Highly organised and good at managing to deadlines

  • Excellent analytical skills – ability to investigate, manipulate, interrogate and interpret large volumes of data
