Nine Twenty are now recruiting for a Senior Support Analyst to work for one of our clients in the Inverurie location of Scotland.

The role offers an excellent learning opportunity working beside a highly-skilled, motivated team with the potential of progressing within the department and the wider company. 

In this role you will be responsible for tackling advanced support tickets for our client’s internal users that have been escalated.  You will also mentor and guide Support Analysts daily and contribute to improving processes and documentation within the department.  Liaising and working with other departments within the company will also be a factor when tackling some of the more complicated support issues. 

Experience Required:

  • Windows Servers – 2003, 2008, 2012 and 2016 (support, administration)
  • SQL Server (support, administration)
  • Office 365 (support, administration)
  • vmWare
  • Exchange Server (including Exchange Online)
  • Group Policy Management
  • DNS and DHCP
  • File and Print Services
  • Backup technologies (Backup Exec, Commvault)
  • Active Directory
  • SharePoint
  • Skype for Business
  • Windows Desktops (setup, support)
  • Microsoft Office Suite

Desirable:

  • JIRA ServiceDesk
  • Microsoft Dynamics (D365, AX, CRM)
  • Hyper-V
  • WSUS
  • Citrix
  • Networking (Cisco, Meraki, VPN, ASA firewalls)
  • ITIL Training / Certification
