Nine Twenty Technology are delighted to be recruiting a Senior Network Manager in Glasgow for their global technology client. 

The Senior Technical Implementation Manager provides overall direction and management of the entire team. 
 
You will be responsible for the following: 
  • Identifying opportunities, to deliver quality work and simplify processes to complete tasks.
  • You will be building strong working relationships across the Services organization as well as Product Management, Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product House and key customers.
  • You will review the technical spec and provide insight in to new solutions. 

Your background:

  • Excellent people management skills
  • Experience within a customer service role
  • Good communication skills
  • Extensive people management experience.
  • Experience of supporting applications or infrastructure to “Blue Chip” enterprise customers, government agencies, IT professionals and partners
  •  Demonstrable experience to inspire and lead a multi-disciplined organisation.
  •  Demonstrated ability to analyse, manage, and improve the performance of technical resources.
  • Demonstrate ability to build credibility in order to drive change by influencing stakeholders across the enterprise

Technical Background: 

  • Telephony background in Cisco or Avaya is a plus
  •  Excellent understanding of enterprise applications and Microsoft environments, including Active Directory, SQL & various server operating systems.
  • Strong Networking and Network/Applications Security knowledge is a plus.
  • Knowledge of distributed web applications and architecture, using IIS or WebLogic is a plus.
  • Good understanding of the technologies used within our customer’s Contact Centre environment.
  •  Strong technical writing skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or IT preferred.
