Nine Twenty have an excellent opportunity to work a digital health business founded on strong clinical roots, based in Edinburgh, Scotland. ​

Founded in 2010, the mission of the business is to empower and connect people experiencing muscle and joint problems to the best outcomes and treatments thereby improving quality of life.​

By distilling the expertise of 100’s of leading Physical Therapists and specialist MSK clinicians, the platform codifies MSK assessments, enabling accurate triage and screening to align with the most appropriate care.

This is a web-based product primarily sold as a monthly or annual licence.  Our vision is to be the most widely used and highest quality digital assessment/triage and treatment system for healthcare globally. The purpose of this product is to make it easy and cost effective for organisations to deliver the best care to patients using frictionless and engaging technology.

The Role:

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for achieving the sales growth targets and ensuring the competitive position of the product. 

Responsibilities:

  • Hit daily/ weekly/ monthly and quarterly call and meeting targets
  • Make sales appointments with prospects/clients within set target markets
  • Generates new leads by meeting with new business prospects (new sales), existing clients (up selling)
  • Qualify, define needs, negotiate and ‘Close’ live sales opportunities to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Meet with prospects and customers in a virtual / sales environment to drive product sales and knowledge and run service demos
  • Develop a sustainable pipeline for the set target markets/ segments
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets by building and executing a business plan.
  • Work with the marketing / product teams to develop new sales strategies based on sector insight and feedback and how to make them work
  • Demonstrate advanced sales knowledge for the purpose of innovative new sales growth/ new sector identification
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of market dynamics and competitor activity, providing feedback to customers.
  • Provide technical information to all enquiries around problem solving, product solutions, price, and delivery to customers.
  • Managing a portfolio of assigned accounts to achieve long-term retention and up selling opportunities
  • Prepare and regularly update account plans
  • Understands how to effectively sell the products to prospects, based on environment and current trends
  • Build and maintain strong relationships at various levels with both existing and new customers and all relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure company sales tools including the legal documents, the sales battle cards, the fee tables and the Pipedrive CRM system are regularly updated, and their usage maximized to support market success.
  • Accurately forecast business and work within company’s CRM, provide inputs to monthly sales reporting estimates for assigned targets, prospects, accounts/markets, customers etc.
  • Provide competitor trends and market overview reports and manage sales activities via CRM and propose recovery plans in cases of potential order shortfalls.
  • Other Duties: The Sales Executive will also conduct other duties as necessary in the effective performance of the role or as directed by the business’s stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in SaaS sales / sales to corporate Employee benefits / sales of Health care related products / services
  • 1-2 years proven sales experience
  • Keen understanding of a structured Sales Process
  • Preference for Central Belt Scotland, however UK wide considered
