My Client is currently looking for a Sales Director who will head up their sales function. Leading their dedicated sales team and supporting other areas of the business successfully attracting and converting enterprise.

You will be responsible for meeting all commercial targets in new business annually. As well as generating brand new strategic opportunities independently, you will play a pivotal role in managing and maximising their established and extensive network of solution partners.

Reporting directly to the board, this role requires someone who is a good leader, able to motivate and knows how to hit sales targets. Experience of working within a technology business environment is a must.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering on enterprise new business targets
  • Profiling and qualifying business prospects
  • Managing and working an ever-growing list of active leads and prospects
  • Conducting introductory meetings and qualifying leads
  • Coordinating new business campaigns
  • Supporting our consultative sales team and key talent in planning, design and technology to scope solutions and meeting client and commercial requirements
  • Contributing to client proposals, pitches and presentations

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Demonstrable track record of consistently hitting and over-achieving targets
  • Experience selling technology consultancy services
  • Experience in closing enterprise sales opportunities
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience leading a team to effective results
