Role Profile:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic receptionist to join our expanding team. As well as reception duties, the successful applicant will carry out a variety of administration duties to support the wider business.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working on a busy reception, will be highly organised and will enjoy working with a diverse team of people.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all calls are answered and dealt with in an efficient and professional manner
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Coordinate and maintain meeting rooms bookings, manage diaries and maintain meeting rooms
  • Assist with the overall maintenance of the office, ensuring areas are clean, tidy and welcoming
  • Provide administrative support, including, but not limited to scanning, printing and sorting mail
  • Monitor and replenish stationery, kitchen supplies and other consumables
  • Complete Supplier and Health and Safety questionnaires
  • Arrange employee travel and accommodation
  • Support the new employee process

Skills & Competencies Required:

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Highly organised & efficient
  • Strong team player
  • Self-motivated with positive can do attitude
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
