A new role has arisen within a creative studio in the heart of Finnieston that is working with renowned names, where you will work at home and on-site when required. The ideal Project Coordinator will have experience working on creative and digital projects. An understanding of CG pipelines would be a bonus but not essential.

The project manager will oversee the projects, providing leadership across multiple projects and managing day-to-day production needs. The ideal digital project manager will be able to demonstrate the ability to participate as a leader and contributor through the stages of production.

The role involves working closely with the project and creative team as well as clients and internal management to improve efficiencies to studio processes and workflow as a whole.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the projects for a variety of clients and projects ensuring these are delivered on schedule and budget and to the correct standard.
  • Quality controlling output on assigned tasks in line with budget requirements
  • Actively providing/seeking out creative/technical solutions to production/creative challenges
  • Liaising with clients and 3rd party contractors and building strong relationships.
  • Attend all relevant meetings and promote effective communication within the team.
  • Working with Project Director to provide task breakdown and estimates per project
  • Working with Project Director to resource and prioritize tasks and help drive the team to meet schedule and budget objectives.
  • Working closely with Project Director and CG department to identify process improvements/tools to increase department productivity.

Requirements

  • A strong, measurable track record in delivering projects against department goals and targets
  • Highly organized and pragmatic individual with the ability to share and restructure high volumes of information.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a desire to confidently lead & motivate a team
  • Ability to manage and engage stakeholders, initiate and build good relationships, and influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization.
  • Great communication skills with the ability to work interactively with others and be comfortable communicating at all levels of the company
  • Self-motivated problem solver.
  • A positive attitude towards supporting business growth and the recognition that efficiencies need to improve year on year.
  • An understanding of all stages of the production process.
