Nine Twenty are delighted to be assisting in the recruitment of a Product Marketing Manager for their client based in Lanarkshire.

The successful candidate will be joining a scaling company, who continue to grow at pace, both organically and through acquisition. They have grown by over 40% in the last 3 years and they are actively investing in product development.

They operate in one of the largest growing sectors in the world, currently estimated to be worth $15.5 Trillion by 2023.

To support their ambitious growth, they are looking for tech savvy, ambitious individual that can bring fresh and innovative thinking.

The successful candidate will have 2-5+ years of experience in a relevant role such as marketing, product marketing or a comparable function they will also come from Technology or a digital marketplace background.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven track record of partnering with product teams to shape development roadmaps
  • Proven track record of creating innovative growth marketing plans to drive awareness, adoption and usage
  • Experience of analysing data and applying insights to help optimise the product experience.
  • Self-starter with the ability to build programs from the ground up, you have a bias to action and are ready to roll-up your sleeves and get things done
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills and ability to work with Product Teams to identify, prioritise, realise opportunities and drive measurable results
  • Experience in setting up and managing campaigns and their performance, coordinating from creative brief and planning through to testing and optimisation
  • Experience of drawing insights from data and recommending actionable improvements

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer research - understand existing customer needs
  • Use customer insights to develop and implement customer acquisition campaigns
  • Work with cross functional teams to drive new innovations for our platform
  • Communicate key information across key stakeholders: Product, Marketing, Sales and Support
  • Manage the go to market process, supporting sales teams with the tools and learning they need to sell the platform
  • Drive awareness and understanding of their products through innovative marketing campaigns
  • Communicate the customer value proposition for the company platform through case studies and social media
  • Measure and track the success of marketing campaigns
