The Role:

This is a brand-new role where the paid specialist will be responsible for running Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social accounts to hit ROAS targets, as well as contributing to the company’s overall digital marketing strategy. You will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and will help define and deliver the paid search and paid social strategy, contributing significantly to the company’s industry-leading digital marketing success. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a growing, dynamic team with great prospects for the future.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy: Help to define and deliver strategies across shopping, text, and display
  • Optimise: Continue to refine and optimize campaigns in order to hit budget, revenue, and ROAS targets. Minimise ‘wasted spend’.
  • Remarket: Build an audience and use remarketing tools to recapture potential leads
  • Campaign launches: Build effective campaigns to effectively launch new products, promotions, and events in line with the seasonal marketing calendar
  • Social: Define strategy and manage ads across all relevant social media channels
  • Reporting: Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities and weaknesses, report KPIs and findings to management
  • Ear to the ground: Actively stay in touch with the latest digital trends. Dedicate time each week to listen to podcasts, read blog articles and share internally to develop a plan to implement new tactics
  • Affiliate marketing: Take charge of and develop the affiliate marketing tool, TradeTraker

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years hands-on e-commerce experience, or PPC agency experience.
  • Experience in using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads and other paid digital marketing tools.
  • Google Ads certification preferred.
  • Experience in managing significant paid ads budgets.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithms.
  • Ability to use data to identify opportunities and action them.
  • Impeccable ad copywriting skills.
  • Good knowledge of our product range is preferable.
  • Fine attention to detail.
