Our client are looking for a tenacious Outbound Sales Agent to join their Business Development team. Your key role will be to help the growth of new business. If you are looking for an exciting role in a rapidly growing business, working in an exciting field where the sky is the limit – then this is the role for you!

You will be tenacious and ambitious, and able to dominate the market through different outbound sales techniques and selling their excellent products and services. You will be confident at establishing and building on relationships at board level.

You will be responsible for generating leads and new business. There is a well-established team surrounding you of high calibre individuals, to deliver the services you are selling. You will collaborate with these teams to produce fantastic work and ensure the delivery of projects.

Key responsibilities/requirements:

  • Able to effectively generate leads.
  • Confident at cold calling.
  • Engaging with B2B customers to build rapport in a soft-sell environment.
  • Preferably marketing/advertising/digital experience but not essential.
  • Recognising and maximising cross-selling opportunities.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
  • Achieve targets, set by the Commercial Director and be confident in generating reports.
  • Commitment to excellence and demanding standards.
  • Demonstrate ability to drive innovation and think creatively.
