Nine Twenty are currently working with our a market leading technology business who specialise in Mobile Services, including targeted messaging for some of the world’s best known brands.

You must not be fazed by a fast paced dynamic office. If you can work self-sufficiently and are able to be flexible in your approach, this may be the role for you. The business is looking for an astute Office Administrator Manager who is educated to degree level and able to demonstrate previous office support/PA experience.

Not only will you be willing to get stuck into administration and office tasks, but also contribute to marketing/technology projects!

Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Reception
  • HR administration
  • You will also be involved with ongoing employee relations case work and other HR projects (Including GDPR).
  • You will work closely with line managers within the business to provide coaching and guidance on HR process and procedure.
  • Purchase ledger – match, batch and coding of invoices
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Executing payment runs
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Sales Ledger
  • Credit control – chasing debt by telephone
  • Daily banking
  • Handling and resolving any queries
  • General day to day running of the office
  • PA to the MD and senior board members
  • Diary management
  • Organising the sales staff logistically and supporting them administratively
