Nine Twenty are currently working with their long-term client in the recruitment of an Office Administrator on an initial 3-month contract.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Reception
  • General day to day running of the office
  • PA to the MD and senior board members
  • HR administration
  • Handling and resolving any queries
  • Diary management
  • Organising the sales staff logistically and supporting them administratively

Essential skills

  • An assertive and confident approach.
  • Fantastic communication and influencing skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and high levels of initiative.
  • Ability to present yourself in a professional manner.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a busy team.
  • If you have experience gained from working in fast paced business, you will hit the ground running in this contract.
