An experience Office Administrator is required in Glasgow to join a market leading technology company. 

We are looking for a strong, personable Office Administrator who is looking to take the next step in to Office Management. You will be a smart driven administrator who thrives on being a key member of a busy team and is able to quickly adapt in a technology business.

Working closely with the Operations Director, you will be responsible for running an efficient administrative centre within a fast-paced office environment. 


  • Provide quality administrative assistance to the board of directors and the team

  • Arrange meetings, appointments, diary management, travel

  • Prepare presentations, documents and write marketing articles, news letters, help with the business website design

  • Day to day office administration duties and provide assistance to HR and accounting

  • Provide quality administration assistance to IT, marketing and operations team

  • Manage company assets and documentation

  • Liaise with our staff, partners and suppliers

  • Purchase Ledger

  • Invoicing - ideally experience with Xero or Sage

  • Credit control 


  • Extremely organised, respects tight deadlines and committed to excellence

  • Positive attitude, quick learner, highly disciplined and able to work under pressure

  • IT literate, efficient and demonstrable problem solving abilities

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills



  • A financial accreditation or proven proficiency in accounting software
