As well as the design and deployment of Fixed & Wireless Networks, we are experts in Smart Building Systems including Fire & Security Solutions, and have a dedicated Support division.  

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced telemarketer to support the sales function. The role requires a highly motivated and organised individual who is capable of identifying prospects, generating leads and following up marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Work proactively with the Sales & Marketing team to create effective, targeted campaigns
  • Follow up targeted email marketing campaigns to secure appointments
  • Identify and call prospective customers to generate and pre-qualify leads against an agreed set of criteria
  • Cleanse, update and manage Dynamics CRM
  • Accurately record calls, leads and opportunities in CRM
  • Proactively contact existing customers to capture feedback
  • Generate weekly progress updates and reports
