Our award winning client are looking for a Creative Lead Designer with UX/UI experience in designing apps who can conceptualise the look and feel of their games. The successful candidate will take control and give direction to the design team. Qualities include being open to new opportunities, having an eye for detail, and a creative problem solver who is happy to help others!


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Conceive, develop, and implement concepts for the aesthetics of games, for marketing/sales material and for their own B2B website.
  • Direct team of designers.
  • Supervise and work with design team to generate ideas.
  • Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas.
  • Collaborate with account executives, software developers and CEO to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements.
  • Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team.
  • Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future.
  • Liaise with clients to develop an artistic approach and style.
  • Present designs to clients for approval.
  • Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion.
  • Communicate design strategy to the wider team and partners.
  • Stay up to date with industry developments and tools.


  • Proven experience as a Lead Designer or similar for a tech company.
  • Experience working directly with software developers to deliver web and/or mobile applications.
  • Portfolio of completed design projects.
  • Hands-on experience with image editing software like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Proficient in design software (e.g. InDesign).
  • Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colours, fonts and layouts.
  • Attention to visual details.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team.
  • A strong understanding of how web/mobile applications should look and feel to give the optimal user experience.
  • Experience in executing against a roadmap.
  • Knowledge of relevant design trends to build strategy while also having the vision to anticipate the next trends.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Leadership and organisational abilities.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
  • BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field.
