We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven person who possesses the following capabilities:

• Passion for technology
• 2 years + experience within a Technical Consultant/CRM Consultant role
• Able to work under minimal supervision
• Very organised- you need to have the ability to work well under pressure and to strict timescales
• A proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills
• Strong presentation skills- you need to be confident enough to demonstrate your knowledge and understanding
• Able to build rapport across a wide demographic of individuals, and exceed client expectations
• Strongly motivated to achieve goals and progress within the role

What will you be doing?

• Identify, design, specify and implement functional and technical solution requirements
• Work closely with clients to ensure effective implementation of bespoke software
• Act as a liaison between client and project Managers
• Working with a team of consultants and developers, you will have a bespoke training plan in place from day 1; your initial focus will be on completing all your Microsoft certifications so you can become hands on as soon as possible
