Who are you joining?

Our client pioneered aggregated demand-side reserve services for electricity system balancing, and continues to lead this sector both in volume and technical capability.

They create this reserve by aggregating small generators, and opportunities for short-duration load reduction, into capacity groups that are made available to National Grid and/or one of the UK’s Distribution Network Operators for short periods when the national or local electricity system is under stress.

They then provides fast access to reserve energy that is delivered with a lower cost and lower emissions than conventional power stations.

What is the culture like?

You can expect challenge, learning and development and autonomy in creating value in our dynamic business.

You will not be micro-managed and will be given a platform to be a key contributor within the business.

This is a professional and studious office with current employees being industry experts so you will have the opportunity to learn from the best but there is an expectation for you to be independent with a passion for learning as well as continuous improvement.
