Nine Twenty are delighted to assist in the recruitment of an Internal Recruiter on behalf of our Stirling based social care services client. 

Our client is looking for a Recruiter to facilitate the generation of candidates, recruitment and selection process for all positions, ensuring every effort is made to attract and recruit the best people available in the market while at the same time ensuring that all safer recruitment practices are met.

Based primarily in Stirling with some travel throughout Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the HR and/or Operations Teams to identify and plan recruitment opportunities in line with the needs of the services and business plan.
  • Produce and place adverts ensuring the most effective recruitment advertising approaches are taken and in line with budget.
  • Manage job board activities, monitoring applications from all sources and forwarding to hiring managers for review and feedback.
  • Arrange and facilitate interview and assessment days.
  • Contact successful/unsuccessful candidates with feedback.
  • Develop and maintain candidate tracking systems from receipt of application to candidate feedback.
  • Review and audit all applications of candidates called for interview to ensure any gaps in employment history or other areas are accounted for.
  • Ensure all recruitment advertisements are on the Company website and Facebook pages and other social media sites, ensuring they are kept up to date and fresh with a view to attracting candidates.
  • Look at innovative ways of attracting candidates using Social Media as a resource.

Candidate Requirements:

• Educated to Degree level
• Minimum of 3 years in a busy, pressurised, high volume HR, recruitment or sales environment.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
• Previous experience in utilising social media sites as a recruitment tool
• Strong organisational skills, customer focused with a good hands on working knowledge of recruitment and selection processes and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate effectively within a team and a proactive problem solving approach.
• Competence with Microsoft Office applications – Word/Excel/PowerPoint
