Our Digital Client, Fore Digital are looking for an experienced Head of Social,  to strategize and implement social campaigns across an array of platforms and to lead a team in Fore’s growing studio. This will be an exciting opportunity to help lead and up-skill an existing team of exceptional calibre. The ideal candidate will be a hub of knowledge on anything social, with an wide array of skills.

Fore has seen phenomenal growth in their business, with big things planned this year working with some international clients. They have just moved into their new state of the art office, with video studios, a cinema, AR and VR facilities and some of the most state of the art technology within the market. This is an incredibly exciting time to be joining the business.


The Role

  • Working with a broad range of clients and in-house teams to deliver disruptive & effective marketing campaigns.
  • Leading the charge with creative campaign and strategy planning for all social clients across different industries.
  • Working with dedicated client facing, creative and analytical teams to maintain a successful end-to-end strategy for our social clients.
  • Managing client budgets and requirements to ensure we are running profitable relationships.
  • Driving new business development and retention strategies including leading on pitch opportunities.

Technical Skills

  • Capable of strategizing and implementing campaigns across the below platforms:
  • Facebook 
  • Instagram 
  • Snapchat 
  • Pinterest 
  • iTunes/ Spotify/ Play store for voice/ podcast 
  • LinkedIn 
  • Twitter
  • Affiliate channels  
  • Experience in running organic campaigns and community management.
  • Experience in planning and implementing influencer campaigns.
  • Able to assess and create social attribution models (pixel and insight tag).
  • Able to identify key market segments for clients and replicate these across social media audiences via advanced targeting.
  • Able to remarket via social media using the most effective channels and indicators of engagement (i.e Custom Audiences).  
  • Experienced in running e-commerce/ direct response led campaigns utilising product catalogues, dynamic ads and Facebook shop.
  • Able to implement and strategise Instagram Shop campaigns.
  • Able to implement multi-channel campaigns.
  • Knowledge of prohibited and restricted content/sectors on social media.

Creative Skills

  • Strong social story-telling ability.
  • Ability to lead creative strategies.
  • Comprehensive copywriting skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Experience in working with graphic designers and a good eye for content.
  • A good understanding of social trends.
  • Innovation skills in social media.

 Required Experience:

  • 4 years agency experience.
  • 3 years social media experience.
  • 3 years marketing experience.
