The Role

As our Head of Dynamics Sales, you’ll play an influential role in the continued success of our business, leading our Dynamics Sales team and engaging with our customers to ensure they realise the huge benefits of Microsoft’s powerful and diverse ecosystem.

You’ll be a key appointment for our business, given responsibility to shape our Dynamics Sales division, responsible for developing a modern sales methodology and strategy that will drive revenues and opportunities with new and existing customers alike.  This is an exciting role at a time when our business and services are in high demand, the right candidate has an excellent opportunity to truly make their mark!

Day-to-day here’s what you can expect:

You’ll join our Dynamics division, whose purpose is to develop, consult, deploy and support Dynamics applications and solutions for organisations of all sizes.  It’s a strong division:

  • Leveraging over 300 years combined experience from a 30+ strong team
  • Delivered over 200 projects in 2019
  • Multiple Microsoft accreditations including Gold and Silver partner statuses
  • Supporting users across the UK and Europe with Microsoft applications

In this role you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing and motivating the sales team to achieve divisional sales target
  • Owning and delivering against personal sales targets
  • Evangelising both internally and externally about Microsoft and their product
  • Working with Sales Director to set targets
  • Working with Head of Marketing and Sales Director on campaign activity for new and existing customers
  • Work closely with other divisional sales heads to drive cross sell opportunities
  • Managing both your personal and team members’ training and development. 
  • Incorporating product knowledge and sales skills
  • Maintaining productive and effective relationships with all operational heads
  • Attending key sales and customer meetings
  • Working with sales account managers on roadmaps and gap analyses
  • Maintaining a constant focus on the sales process, identifying opportunities for optimisation and testing new concepts
  • Spokesperson at events, conferences and seminars, including online channels
  • Leading recruitment process within team
  • Reporting on all sales performance individual and overall team KPIs on a monthly basis

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience managing a highly functional sales team
  • Experience in deploying modern sales methodologies to meet evolving customer
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth
  • Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales team
  • B2B experience is essential.
  • An ability to demonstrate playing a key role in proposition and product development years’ experience working in a sales environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Highly proficient in the Office 365 application
  • Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
