This newly created Ecommerce role has arisen within an International Drinks business that sells in more than 85 global markets. With a headcount of over 800, the business operates as an international arm of an even bigger global drinks giant and specializes in premium drinks, providing some of the fastest-growing products in the market. The business continues to outperform the market.

The pandemic has seen Ecommerce and Digital accelerate at a stellar rate, and this exciting new role and business strategy is another example of innovation due to the pandemic. The drink industry is going through an exciting period, and you could be at the forefront of it. In this new role, you will grow and develop Ecommerce Channels, working alongside the Commercial Director to develop and execute the Ecommerce strategy. You will get to build this from the ground up.

This role can be fulfilled from home or blended working between home and office. However, travel across the UK may be required, depending on business needs.



  • Working closely with the Commercial Director, develop and execute Ecommerce strategy for the full portfolio across key channels.
  • Develop, implement, and report on key KPIs within Ecommerce channels.
  • Set standards, systems, and best practices for product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
  • Identify and create opportunities with new and existing listings, making recommendations, and driving performance.
  • Manage portfolio and brand stores (front-facing on e-commerce platforms), ensuring products are listed quickly and accurately across all marketplaces.
  • To manage existing business for the company in assigned accounts including:- Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies; preparing and monitoring performance against budgets; reviewing and preparing weekly/monthly/quarterly reports; managing individual promotional budgets.
  • To provide accurate and up-to-date forecasts for all brands and all SKU’s.
  • To manage promotional plans and work with the brand and marketing team to develop and execute annual campaigns and initiatives.
  • Work closely with the UK Team to contribute and develop the overall UK Sales strategy.
  • Manage and own your professional development to achieve your work objectives and your career and personal goals.


  • 4-5 years with the Ecommerce industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of Ecommerce platforms.
  • Experience of working with Marketplaces – Amazon.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related area preferred.
  • A resilient, can-do mindset will be required.
  • Leadership experience. Being able to create and lead on a strategy.
  • Outstanding communicator – written and verbal – able to work with individuals across levels, functions, brands, countries, and cultures.
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Good mathematical and analytical skills are required, along with advanced skills in excel.
