Exciting opportunity to join one of Scotland's largest IT services and solutions providers, With over 30 years’ experience, and acting as both an IT reseller and providing deployment, consultancy, and managed support services to both the private and public sectors. They have a wealth of experience, and it is their aim to be a trusted IT partner of choice to businesses across the UK. Due to continued growth within the business, we are now recruiting for the role of End User Computing (EUC) Account Executive to join the team.

The Role:

The role will be to fully support the director of End User Computing with business development activities, can build relationships and be confident in their ability to deliver what the clients need.  Successful candidates will be keen to develop their career within sales, be open to additional training.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the wider Business Development team with EUC opportunities.
  • Creation of commercial price models.
  • Creation of customer quotes, proposals, and statements of works.
  • Attend partner and customer calls to position Capito’s EUC services.
  • Attend customer EUC project and operational calls.
  • Support marketing activities for Capito’s EUC services, this will likely include attendance at virtual and in-person events.
  • Creation of social media posts, alongside Capito marketing, to promote Capito EUC successes.
  • Ensuring the CRM system is managed and kept up to date.
  • Creating and maintaining reports - ranging from weekly sales snapshots to full business development meeting packs.
  • There may be a requirement to undertake additional training and qualifications to meet the needs of the business.
  • May also be required to carry out other tasks in line with your level of skills and ability.

Essential Requirements:

  • Excellent communications skills and confident at communicating at all levels.
  • Ability to work to and meet deadlines and targets.
  • Self-motivated and can work on own initiative but also as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • A real interest/passion for a career in the IT and Technology sector.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience of working with IT vendors especially in the device deployment field.
  • Experience of working with HP very desirable.
  • Knowledge of government frameworks including Scottish Procurement and Crown Commercial Services.
  • Qualified to degree level in relevant field.
  • Experience of working with and creating cost models.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft tools – Teams, CRM, Dynamics etc.
  • Full UK Driver’s license.
