Nine Twenty Technology are delighted to be representing their client based in Renfrewshire in the search for a First Line Support candidate for their technology service client.

The successful candidate will have a broad knowledge within IT technologies, including the Microsoft platform and applications. The candidate will also have experience working in a customer service role.

You will have proven experience in desktop related issues and be passionate about customer satisfaction.

A sound understanding of infrastructure technology including servers, databases and networks are fundamental for this role.

Responsibilities/Accountability:

  • 1st line support, for Desktop (troubleshoot, diagnosis and incidents)
  • Customer focused
  • Industry certified
  • Call resolutions, technical support
  • Internal and external support queries
  • Create and maintain client accounts via Active Directory.

Skills/Experience

  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
  • Understanding of the Microsoft platform and applications
  • Understanding of Active Directory
  • Understanding of ITIL and process
  • Service Management methodology knowledge
  • Interest in Incident and Problem Management

Qualification/Certification requirements

  • Technical qualifications
  • 2 years work experience in a customer service role
