Job Brief 

This role is for an ambitious Digital Project Manager looking to take their next career step – You will be someone who can develop a project management process, solve problems, and drive projects to completion. You will be able to understand a client’s requirements and fit these into the overall needs of the business. The key purpose of this role is to project manage the delivery of multiple small to medium size projects concurrently.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Understand the client brief and translate it into a clear brief for the digital team.
  • Be customer facing and lead weekly project meetings.
  • In collaboration with internal teams, prepare and complete all project documentation, e.g. Scope of Work, costs, and timing plans.
  • Effectively project manage all stages of projects to meet all deadlines and manage post-launch support.
  • Work with and support developers – providing the interface between the development team, Product Owner, creative team, and client.
  • With the help of the CTO undertake thorough Quality Assurance testing on projects, to ensure the final delivery meets requirements and scope.
  • Understand hosting and data protection requirements to ensure data security and GDPR compliance for digital projects.
  • Develop a deep working knowledge of the business/sector and using this knowledge,  make recommendations for improvement/growth – you will be viewed by clients as a key player in the success of their business.
  • Stay abreast of digital tools, platforms and industry trends and be a key digital ambassador within the company.
  • Continually develop the project management process.


  • 4 years in digital project management
  • A real depth of experience in delivering Apps and digital projects.
  • Be comfortable working with technical systems and platforms, including Content Management Systems and digital project management software such as JIRA.
  • Ongoing analysis of projects (using Google Analytics and other online tools), including generating learnings and clear recommendations for future activity.
  • Excellent communicator (at all levels), including being able to have challenging conversations if necessary.
  • Highly organized and commercially minded.
  • Forensic attention to detail and the ability to implement processes to maintain quality control across the account/project lifespan.
  • Able to form and maintain relationships at all levels in order to deliver profitable and on-time digital projects.

Other useful experience and skills

  • Experience in the I-Gaming industry.
  • Experience in programming languages or frontend technologies 
  • Knowledge of some of the other technologies we use, which include AWS, Docker, Serverless, Postgres and SQL 
  • Knowledge of Firebase and Google Analytics, Confluence, and Jira.
