Digital Marketing Manager (SEO&PPC)

Nine Twenty are proud to promote this Digital Marketing Manager role with our highly successful Financial Services Start-up. 

We are looking for an amazing, data-driven inbound marketer to own the majority of their marketing funnel for their company. You will be in charge of attracting leads through social media campaigns, PPC Campaigns and driving site traffic. You will then convert that traffic into qualified leads for the business, and nurturing those leads to close into customers, the latter of which sales leadership will help you accomplish.

Your tasks will include:

  • Perform SEO analysis of client websites, their competitors and market sector
  • Devise and manage ongoing optimisation campaigns
  • Analyse, identify and resolve of all aspects of the client's website relating to on-page technical and usability issues
  • Configure tracking and monitor/improve conversion rates
  • Create, manage and monitor PPC campaigns (Google Adwords, Bing adCenter)
  • Devise off-page link building strategies and deliver
  • Benchmark campaign performance and devise appropriate actions for maintaining and increasing visibility
  • Produce regular campaign reports
  • Managing clients and agreeing deliverables
  • Auditing websites for usability and suggesting improvements
  • Working with other team members and learning new skills
  • Maximising social media networking opportunities for clients - creating Facebook, Twitter, foursquare etc campaigns
  • Optimising and re-writing page copy

You should have the following core skills:

  • 1+ years commercial experience as an online marketing manager/executive having delivered both SEO, PPC and wider scope internet marketing strategies
  • Knowledge of natural/organic search engine optimisation tactics and how web metrics are tracked
  • An ability to analyse changes in the search algorithms and understand how to re-engineer website content and structure to stay up-to-date
  • Have experience of various SEO tools inc web positioning software and keyword analysis
  • Strong knowledge of configuring Google Analytics and paid search tools such as Google Adwords
  • Experience in configuring PPC campaigns, tuning and reporting on success
  • Previous success in managing and improving SEO and PPC campaign performance
  • The ability to programme websites in languages such as HTML, CSS, .Net, php and experience of SQL databases will be advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated with strong organisational skills
