The Role 

As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will support the demands of a fast growing business. Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Specialists and sitting within the digital marketing team, the role is a pivotal one in the set up and implementation of paid search, social, display and video campaigns. You will assist in the development and delivery of end to end projects, from briefing to implementation, analysis and performance reporting for clients.

This role sits at the heart of campaign deployment within the business and it will be your responsibility to ensure campaigns are executed to the highest of standards. You will have an excellent eye for detail and enjoy both copy writing and working with campaign statistics to optimise and maximise results. This is a great opportunity to work across multiple clients globally in what will be a highly rewarding role.


You will scope and implement paid media acquisition campaigns for a portfolio of key international clients and your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Campaign set up, copywriting (ad copy) briefing internal and external stakeholders, campaign activation in addition to analysis and performance reporting;
  • Contributing to the overall success of the digital marketing team, supporting all aspects of administration, campaign management and reporting as required;
  • Working collaboratively with other internal and external stakeholders to enhance the success of digital marketing campaigns;
  • Drafting outputs for various platforms including social media;
  • Executing our social media strategy to engage key audiences, prioritising growth and website conversions;
  • Monitor and analyse marketing campaign KPI’s whilst improving and maximising performance and growing marketing spend;
  • Work with the marketing team and internal departments to deliver on company targets;
  • Brief in new creative ideas and work with the in-house design, content and development teams to deliver them.


  • Strong understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms;
  • Exposure to organic and paid traffic channels ideally with Facebook Business Manager and Google AdWords experience;
  • Knowledge of setting-up and optimising paid social/search/display campaigns is preferable.;
  • Excellent communication skills including copywriting with a confident and professional style of writing;
  • Proven attention to detail and analytical skills;
  • Exceptional ability to multi-task and manage deadlines;
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.;
  • Current knowledge of digital trends;
  • Confident working individually and as part of a team;
  • A passion for technology and for pushing boundaries to constantly improve and achieve objectives;
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to idea generation;
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced digital agency is beneficial but not essential.
