My Digital Client is looking for a New Business Account Manager to join their team. Your key role will be to help the growth of new business within the business and you will be reporting directly to the Commercial Director. 

You will manage new business and marketing activities for my client, and oversee some existing accounts as well. 

You will be from a Digital Agency background and have a decent knowledge of all things digital. 

You will have experience of dealing with Entrepreneurs, Business Owners and Marketing teams. Furthermore, you will have experience of dealing with an internal team full of talented Designers, 

Key responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate potential opportunities for new clients
  • Plan and implement new client campaigns and qualify opportunities
  • Develop a strategic relationship with new clients
  • Lead client contact management and communications
  • Develop and maintain industry knowledge specific to each client, keeping up to date with market trends
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential new clients, often through regular face to face contact and meetings
  • Arrange meetings with clients and travel to them
  • Act as the first point of contact for client questions and requests
  • Talk to internal departments in the Fore in order to facilitate client requests
  • Identify new client relationships and make pitches to potential new clients
  • Give presentations about Fore’s products or services, in conjunction with the Client Services team
  • Manage a budget and achieve targets, set by the Commercial Director
  • Generate accurate reports on the status of existing accounts and new business
  • Provide essential creative input to a variety of brands, across a number of disciplines (branding, direct marketing, digital, social media, corporate communications, print design and events)
  • Help to build strong relationships with potential new clients, develop and present proposals, write briefs, review and appraise creative and production materials, coordinate project schedules and budgets, explore new ideas and anything else necessary to ensure outstanding marketing campaigns and projects are delivered on time.
  • Assist with supporting other members of the client services team.

He/she will be a strong team player who can effectively influence and motivate project teams in a positive manner and able to build respect and trust from colleagues and clients alike.
