We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative focused Digital Account Director with a solid mix of marketing and digital expertise.

Candidates that are ready for a step up to Account Director from Senior Account Manager are also encouraged to apply.

About the role:

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will manage and mentor a talented and dedicated team of Digital Account Managers. Your existing experience in nurturing talent will ensure that your team continue to be passionate about their roles and enthusiastic about their future development.

You will be responsible for growing your accounts, driving revenue for your client’s brands and ensuring consistently high-quality deliverables. From strategy development through to execution, you will be the key point of contact for your clients for all their strategic planning and tactical needs. Overseeing the deliverables of your team, you will also be accountable for all key decisions and outputs across your accounts.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Take the lead on a campaign calendar of activity for one of the agency’s key clients.
  • Meet and manage a host of other clients from a variety of sectors, identifying their needs, opportunities and build relationships that last.
  • Brief your colleagues on the tasks at hand required to complete each project/campaign you are responsible for, and manage each project throughout its life cycle.
  • Lead on both client and creative briefings.
  • Set & manage project timelines.
  • Shape the long-term strategic direction of your accounts and ensure all current activities delivered by the team are in line with the agreed direction
  • Facilitate all client meetings ensuring everything is setup appropriately and that clients have a memorable experience.
  • Present creative to your clients and offer rationale that helps to explain/sell the idea/concept/design.
  • Manage your client’s budgets and invoice each project you deliver at the pre-agreed milestones.
  • Monitor ROI / effectiveness and work with the project team on project reporting.
  • Work to win new business for the company, via effective pitching.
  • Be aware of, understand and promote industry trends and advancements in digital
