Nine Twenty are pleased to be working with a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Partner who are looking to add a Customer Success Support individual to their team.

In 2003, this organisation started as a team of Dynamics CRM experts on a mission to improve CRM consultancy. There are 25 members of staff, bringing Dynamics 365 to life for a broad range of businesses and organisations across the UK.

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience within a support/customer focused environment and be highly motivated and enthusiastic about delivering a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reactive client support – when clients contact the support desk logging the case details, providing them with expert advice and where possible using resolving their case
  • Proactive client support – Managing client accounts to identify opportunities for support, future enhancements and development.
  • Identification of common support issues and potential process/system enhancements which may reduce support incident volume
  • Ensure the highest level of customer support is provided and SLA’s are met for both clients and in-house staff by proactively seeking out ways to improve the service provided and driving the improvements through to delivery
  • Ensure documentation that falls within the scope of support is produced and maintained to a high quality
  • Monitor progress of requests for support and ensure clients and other stakeholders are kept updated.
  • Liaise with third party vendors to assist with support request resolution.

The successful candidate will be:

  • Able to build a full knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics system through in house training
  • Keen on problem solving to get to the bottom of cases and get a result for the client
  • Able to prioritise cases to help the clients with the most pressing need first
  • Strongly motivated to take on training and advance their role
  • Keen to gain Microsoft certification on Dynamics


  • Outgoing communicator
  • Enjoys building relationships with customers
  • A desire to learn new skills


  • Previous experience of working on a helpdesk
  • Previous experience of software support
  • Experience with relationship databases.
  • Degree in a Business Management, Computer Science or related subject
  • Experience with Dynamics 365
