Customer Service Consultant
Working with some of the leading utility providers in the U.K, you will be delivering exceptional levels of customer service and achieving performance targets by taking/making inbound and outbound telephone calls on behalf of the organisation. Your approach and listening skills will be key to understanding what the best course of action is to make a positive impact that really makes a difference. Your duties will consist of contacting businesses regarding outstanding invoices and establishing a resolution to rehabilitate the customer’s situation.
As a Customer Service Consultant, you must be highly motivated, competitive, and focused as well as target driven. You must also be energetic, assertive, positive, and able to handle difficult conversations.
The Role:
You will be working as part of a team, but working towards individual targets.
You will be taking/making calls from customers wishing to pay or make arrangements to pay outstanding debt, you will be required to negotiate an acceptable payment plan with these customers.
You will have to work to strict client compliance rules including specific Data Protection (DPA) and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) Stipulations.
Deliver service to all your customers Internal & External that satisfies in spirit the outcomes required by Treating Customer Fairly principles.
