The Customer Liaison role is a pivotal position within the business. Working closely with both clients and internal colleagues including developers, testers and sales you will be responsible for project co-ordination and service delivery to all our existing and new customers.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Lead on company documentation strategy.
  • Manage and report on support SLAs.
  • Communicate product vision to current customers.
  • Communicate with customers to maintain awareness of their situation.
  • Work with BA team to document new product features.
  • Facilitate coordination between Development and Sales teams.
  • Managing software release communication.

Supporting, producing and co-ordinating Bid responses.

The role would ideally suit someone from either a service delivery and / or project co-ordination background. It is a non-technical position, however, industry experience would be a huge advantage.

We are looking for someone that can wear many hats, is flexible and can write lengthy documentation with outstanding communication skills.
