Roles & Responsibilities

  • Be the ultimate ambassador for the clients brand.
  • Be responsible for raising the media media profile and position, profiling them as the ‘go-to’ agency for brand.
  • Own and monitor the brands marketing budget.
  • Plan and manage all manners of campaigns across the whole marketing mix.
  • Organise and attend market events/talks.
  • Identifying networking opportunities and speaking events.
  • Be the spokesperson for our client at their events.
  • Help with with the curation of thought leadership material.
  • Manage, grow and nurture relationships with their brand.
  • Improve and develop customer engagement/support and increase enquiries.
  • Generate case studies, create blog posts and plan and create social media content.
  • Analyse, test and report on the effectiveness / ROI of all our marketing campaigns.
  • Research and assist with the formation of strategic partnerships.
  • Have a good technical understanding of digital marketing channels.
  • Support with business development.

The Must-Haves

  • 3+ years experience in a relevant marketing role.
  • A track record of delivering successful and creative campaigns that deliver ROI.
  • Experience of creating campaign, and media plans.
  • Able to confidently lead content marketing strategies and persona planning.
  • All about tone of voice, with excellent copywriting. 
  • Have knowledge of the full marketing mix – although you don’t need to be an expert on everything.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Excitement about driving innovation across digital marketing platforms.
  • Flourish in a fast-moving agency environment.
  • A team player at heart.

The Desirables

  • Experience of public speaking
  • Photography/video & creative editing skills
  • A marketing and/or business qualification.
