Nine Twenty is currently working with an IT Consultancy based in Coatbridge and they require an experienced Appointment Setter. 

As an Appointment Setter you will be joining a rapidly growing company, working within the technology sector, you will also become an integral part in the company’s future growth.

Successful candidates will be contacting and engaging customers across the UK, with a view to setting appointments for the sales team to visit.
You will be speaking to companies with 20 + employees and promoting the benefits of using our company.

The Company:

My client based in Coatbridge is a privately owned company and has been established since 2017, they provide managed IT Support and managed Hosted Telephone Systems across Scotland, England and Wales, they literally become your IT department! They offer customers, Fast Personal Response from a technician, Onsite Assistance, Background Management & Monitoring, Secure Remote Assistance, Vendor Management on your behalf and Helpful Customer Care.

Successful candidates will have:

  • A proven background in sales generation, appointment setting, or outbound calling would be desirable
  • Strong communication skills with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to form relationships
  • B2B Lead Generating or scheduling sales appointments experience
  • Confident

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30

Office based with flexibility to WFH

  • £20,000 - £25,000 with Uncapped commission
