Here at Nine Twenty Technology, we’re thrilled to announce that we have partnered up with Pastdue Credit Solutions to help the business grow their team and manage their own recruitment.  With our integrated Employer Portal, their HR team will have full control over their incoming candidates, and we’re also helping to ramp up their marketing strategy to get their vacancies in front of the right people.  We caught up with Joshua Anthony, Director of Business Development to find out more about their business and future plans.

Customer Service Consultant 

Your job is to provide exceptional levels of customer service and achieve performance targets by taking/making inbound and outbound telephone calls on behalf of the organisation’s clients to their customers for the purpose of recovering outstanding debt. We have big household names that cover market leading companies from utility, telephony, government and financial service sectors. As a Customer Service Consultant, you must be highly motivated, competitive and focused as well as target driven. You must also be energetic, assertive, positive, and willing to handle difficult conversations. We will give you all the necessary training and support to help you achieve the job objectives.

Pay Rate Scheme (Salary Review)

Employees will have the opportunity to increase their salary up to 4 times a year in line with our Pay Rate Scheme. The objectives are defined by department and team. The salaries are defined by age, experience and personal performance. You can climb one PR (Pay Rate) at any time and the criteria to do so is openly available to all staff. The targets roll from month-to-month so can therefore be assessed every month looking at the most recent 3 months of performance.
